What we collect

When you order a check we collect the name and email address you enter, the document you upload or paste, any optional paper title and notes, and the payment confirmation returned by our payment processor. If you create an account, we also store your sign-in details and the check credits attached to your account.

How we use your document

Your document is handled only as necessary to provide the checking service. It is reviewed manually so that we can produce your similarity report, and it is sent back to you at the email address you provided. We do not sell your document, publish it, or use it for marketing.

If you would like your document deleted after your report has been delivered, reply to your report email and ask — we will remove it.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Plagiarism & AI Check never sees or stores your full card details. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy terms, and we receive only the confirmation and reference needed to fulfil your order.

Email and communication

We email you an order confirmation with a reference code, your finished report, and any messages needed to complete your order. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your document, your order records, or your account at any time by emailing yesweturnitin@gmail.com. You can also ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
